River Front! Private Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and Pool Table - Sleeps up to 22!
As you drive up you are welcomed by a large circular driveway with a beautiful fountain in the center. The almost 12' elevated house, offers plenty of covered parking. Up the stairs you will find the covered, ceramic tiled, front porch. 2 bar styled tables with seating for 8. This front porch offers a cozy place to relax, or if you're a smoker, a comfortable retreat grab a last puff. Enter to the foyer, which looks out onto a magnificent 20 ft granite bar with seating for 10, double keg cooler, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, ice maker, under mounted sink & everything you would need for mixing drinks, including the blender, & glassware, all you need to furnish is your favorite keg of beer, the alcohol for your drinks, and mixers. This just the beginning of the great Room, which is equipped with 5 flat screen HD televisions, most 50", recess lighting, and hardwood floors. Just steps from the bar is a pool table, slot machine (for fun only), & cue sticks. The bar & pool area are decorated with neon nostalgic beer signs. Seating area has a huge sectional sofa with recliners, plush carpet (great for the little ones to stretch out and watch their favorite television programs), the 50 inch flat screen HD television has a Play Station 3 for gaming. We're working on having Netflix available, but no promises yet. The house is equipped with cable in each room and a stereo system in the Great room. Then enter the Gourmet kitchen of your dreams featuring two ovens, warming tray, two dishwashers, two microwaves, side-by-side separate refrigerator & freezer that are flush with cabinetry. The kitchen also offers three under mounted sinks, granite countertops & granite back splash, 2 garbage disposals, and more counter space for prep work then most commercial kitchens offer. The outer U shaped island, which has a four burner gas stove top and grill, offers bar style seating for Eleven. When preparing brunch, the cook will be the center of attention, (instead of backed into a corner with their back to everyone). The kitchen comes fully equipped - If you need it for cooking, its probably here waiting for you! Open from kitchen is the Dining area, offering seating for 6. The entire kitchen / Dining area is connected with a vaulted ceilings, having recess lighting & ceiling fans. Hardwood floors throughout. Sliding glass doors that lead to the outside deck and a spiral staircase that leads to the loft. Two 50" flat screen HD TV's can be seen almost anywhere Kitchen or Dining are Up the spiral staircase find wall to wall carpeting, three queen sized beds done with soothing sage green bedding. Seating area offers two convertible sofas, chair, tables, TV & DVD player. The on-suite bathroom offers ceramic tile, 5 foot stand up shower The Hall Way, just off the Great rm, offers a full bath with stand up shower, flat screen TV (so you don't miss a moment of the action!), urinal, & large wall mirror. This bathroom also serves those occupying the next two bedrooms described. All bedrms offer ceiling fans and recess lighting, The First Bedrm has carpet, a queen sized sleigh bed with soothing sage green bedding, night stands, dresser, TV, Sorry no closet. The next Bedroom is carpeted, a queen sized bed done with tropical palm tree bedding, closet, night stand, dresser, & TV. The 3rd & 4th Bedrm (these to rooms are connected) offers an on suite bathroom, with large soaking tub / shower. The two Bedrms have hardwood floors throughout, & each has a flat screen TV. Inner bedroom has a large closet & a convertible sofa, bunk bed with two FULL (no singles - both Full) sized mattresses. The outer bedroom has two FULL size bunk beds and a dresser (sorry no closet). Each of these three, Full Sized, bunk beds, in these two adjacent rooms, have a tranquil green leafy pattern bedding. Last, the Master Bedrm offers a king sized bed done in a beautiful maroon & gold bedding, plush carpet, walk-in-closet, chest of draws, night stands, & two TV's. The sliding glass door lead to the back deck where hot tub is located. The Large Master Bath has a double vanity, large soaking tub with a HD flat screen TV, & a separate walk-in 5 foot shower. Laundry Rm has TV, deep sink, iron & board, large front load washer & dryer. Plenty of counter space. This room even offers a Salon Style Hooded Hair Dryer. Back deck is a little peace of heaven, offering an eight person hot tub, many TV's & a stereo. Great view of the river. Lighted palm trees add a little night time atmosphere. Seating at 2 Glass tables. Back deck has closing gate to keep little ones on porch. Below, you enter the enclosed ramp area to the elevated deck that surrounds 15' x 30', 4 1/2' deep above ground swimming pool for a refreshing dip. A charcoal grill with commercial style large stainless steel sink & counter for prep work is available. There are covered tables & chairs. There's also room to tan. Pool/deck area is enclosed for safety. Looking for nature? Launch your boat at a near by public launch, park by the dock, take a fun boat ride, fish or swim from the dock on our adjacent property. Walk the meandering concrete trail, park like atmosphere w/ seating along the way to relish the small wooded area, read a book, enjoy some solitude or meditate. Take kids on a little nature walk. This trail leads to a covered pavilion, w/ 2 picnic tables & charcoal grill. Depending on tide, a sm beach be there. A lg sandbar is here, perfect for wading into the River.
